Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to everyone. However, prizes will only be shipped within the United States.
2. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on September 27, 2024 and ends on September 28, 2024. All entries must be received by September 28, 2024.
3. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, complete the entry form and agree to receive marketing communications from Current Medical Technologies, Inc.
4. Marketing Consent: By entering this Giveaway, you agree to receive marketing emails and promotional offers from Current Medical Technologies Inc. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails.
5. Drawing: A winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on October 7, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prizes: Prizes for the Giveaway can be viewed by clicking here. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are permitted.
7. Notification of Winner: Winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Publicity: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Current Medical Technologies, Inc. to use their name, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions: Current Medical Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Current Medical Technologies, Inc.’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Current Medical Technologies, Inc. at its sole discretion.
10. Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Current Medical Technologies, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
11. Governing Law: The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
12. Sponsor: The sponsor of the Giveaway is Current Medical Technologies, Inc., located at 75 Main Street, Lakeville, MA  02347.
