Balance Portland

My practice is rooted in curiosity and my passion to empower my patients. I have nine years of experience working with patients with chronic conditions especially those involving the spine, pelvis (pelvic floor included!), and hips.

The mission of Balance Portland is to increase awareness of pelvic floor rehabilitation through education and assessment. Chronic orthopedic issues often have a pelvic floor component that has been left out of the equation. And, chronic pelvic floor issues often have an orthopedic issue that is unresolved. My approach is designed to inspire and empower you to make the changes you need to meet your goals.
