Fit Guide

  1. Raise one leg to find the crease where your upper thigh meets your waistline. This is where the bottom edge of the belt will rest.
  2. Place the middle section of the belt against your back. Hold both straps along your waistline, ensuring that the strap with the CMT logo is in your right hand.
  3. While holding out both straps, make sure that the seamline of the Embrace Support belt rests in the center of your lower back adjacent to your spine.
  4. Connect both straps to the center of your abdomen by placing the strap on left down first, allowing the strap with CMT logo to rest on top of it.
  5. With the main belt sections attached at the front, pull the additional elastic straps forward, providing tension and aligning your sacrum with your sacroiliac joint.
  6. With the additional elastic straps pulled forward at your desired tightness, attach both ends of the straps to your waist and you are ready to live a happier and healthier life!
